I contacted Awil to supply and fit a new aerial. This was done straight away at a very competitive price. There was a slight technical problem with my PVR box. I was going to get a new one but Ahmed said not to rush out and do that, as it was possible that it could be sorted. He would not take any money until he came back and sure enough he got it sorted in no time. In fact everything now is better than it was before. Thanks to Ahmed, I saved myself a lot of money, actually £279 for a new Humax PVR.
